In our chat, we dive into what it’s been like building Customer.io to more than $10M in ARR and a team of more than 50 people over the last 8 years, everything from their successes to their failures and how these lessons can help make you a better founder.

What most stood out to me from this interview was not just how thoughtfully and deliberately Colin and his team have built this business, but how realistic they’ve been along the way. 

This wasn’t a journey of overnight success, nor did he expect it to be and the way Colin has been able to stay the course and build a successful business is something every founder can learn from.
